A happier, healthier life is a life that includes exercise. We're here to provide services and support to people of all ages who want to incorporate regular exercise into their lives. Exercise has been shown to combat a host of medical issues such as osteoporosis, high blood pressure, cancer, depression, childhood obesity and diabetes in both children and adults.

Our approach is educational. We offer regular seminars on topics ranging from "Nutritional Strategies for Surviving the Holidays" to "Improving you Child's Concentration Through Yoga".

Every relationship with a trainer begins with a thorough fitness evaluation and personal history. They work with you to design an individualized program of diet and exercise specific to your needs. Motivation, encouragement, strategy and regular evaluations to monitor progress are just a few of the reasons to hire a personal trainer.


Nutrition

The food we eat plays a critical role in our fitness, health and well being. The Village Health Co. offers you the best in nutritional guidance. Our Registered Dietitian is Greg Salgueiro, MS, RD, LDN. Greg holds both undergraduate and advanced degrees in nutrition and is ACSM certified as a Health/Fitness Instructor. In addition to private consultations, Greg will conduct workshops at The Village.
